Richard Gasquet: I`m not a gay!

Richard Gasquet gave an interview to French magazine, in which talks about his life on and off the court. He told for sure he was not a homosexual, as speculation had appeared some time ago because of scandalous photos with his coach. Gasquet, however, is on the opinion that these photographs have been interpreted on the wrong way.

"Homosexuality and drugs are things that I do not care and do not share," assured Gasquet.

The Frenchman is set to Rafael Nadal (both born in 1986), the two played together many tournaments as adolescents. Subsequently, however, their careers develop in a completely different way as Rafa became one of the best in the history.

"Physically he is much stronger than me. I`m not so strong, I have never concentrated so much on the physical form as he had. I preferred to think more about tactics than to spend hours in the gym. Sometimes I lack self-confidence on the court. When you see players like Federer and Djokovic you clearly see how confident they are. This is essential if you want to be among the best in the world. "

Asked what are the most interesting rivalries in the tennis Gasquet hurried to mention that between Nadal and Federer. But he was adamant that he bored when h is watching a duel between Djokovic and Murray.

"When Nole and Andy are on the court you know you`ll look the same punches all the time. Left and right, forward and backward. There is no clash of styles, no creativity, "said the Frenchman.
